We have different packages available, from a mini 45-minutes river tour to a 90-minutes safari. We also offer custom safaris where you can hire a JetSki for half a day or a whole day.

We provide wetsuits and buoyancy aids on arrival. All you'll need to bring is swimwear and a towel to keep warm. We recommend arriving in swimwear before hand.

We follow the RYA guidelines for hire-ski to instructor ratio, which is 3:1. This means that we are able to accommodate up to 4 riders per standard session.

No! You will always be accompanied by a qualified RYA Level 2 instructor when on the tour. You don't need a license or previous Jet Ski experience

Yes. Due to the high demand, you will need to book your tour in advance. This can be done via the booking page on our website

Of course! Each Ski has a shockproof compartment to store your phone. It is requested that you do not attempt to use your phone while operating the Ski, and riders are reminded that bringing personal belongings on the water is done so at their own risk. There will also be a photo opportunity, where the instructor will offer to take pictures on their own device and send them to you should you wish.

Yes. You will need to be able to speak and understand English so you can understand how to ride the Jet Ski safely, conforming to our guidelines.

In the event of bad weather including floods, storms, strong winds or unforeseen circumstances, Suffolk JetSki have the right to terminate sessions and will offer another date where possible. A cancellation made by the client must be notified to us 48 hours prior to the tour and the card will not be charged. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the tour will result in a full amount charge.

Yes, there will be plenty of opportunities for riders to change positions. The instructor will advise on when, and how to do this.

Yes, there is a maximum weight capacity of 272kg per Ski.
